Isolux Corsán is one of the major companies world-wide in the construction of EPC photovoltaic solar power plants. The Group has accumulated more than 750 MW in over 60 projetcs, with 186MW of then are actually under construction. The accumulated power is distributed on 4 continents and 9 countries: Japan, USA, Chile, Peru, Honduras, South Africa, United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.
The company has a wide experience in building solar PV plants, and has demostrated that is ready to adapt to all types of difficulties that may occur during construction of projects, from the desert of Arequipa in Peru, hard winters of northern Europe and Japan, or even construction in remote places of South Africa.
Isolux has experience with all kinds of technology: Silicon (monocrystalline and polycrystalline), thin film, familiarized with the installation of all types of support structure: fixed structure, rooftop solar structures or single axis tracker.
The company offers a full-service EPC, including construction of photovoltaic systems, with appropriate guarantees, until the subsequent operation and maintenance. The main strengths of the group include profesional advice in all phases of the process until the commissioning of the plant and its first years of operation and speed of execution of the project.
The company runs EPC or turnkey projects from design, construction and commissioning to subsequent maintenance of wind farms. Since 2004, Isolux has 879 MW in 17 wind farms, with more than 200 MW of then currently under construction. In this area the most importart projetcs are in Mexico with a 100MW wind farm in Tamaulipas, and another wind farm of similar size in the state of Texas (USA
The Company is involved in the production and sale of bio-diesel, through its subsidiary Infinita Renovables. The company has two biodiesel production plants in Ferrol and in Castellón (Spain). Their total output capacity is 900,000 tonnes per year.
