Global Pact

During 2010, Isolux Corsán became a formal signatory to the United Nations Global Pact. This marked its recognition of the Group's determination to accept a voluntary commitment to implement the 10 principles that govern its mission.

The group undertakes to present an annual report on the progress of its efforts to implement the principles to which it has signed as part of its commitment to public transparency and accountability pursuant to the Global Pact's Progress Policy.

Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.
Ensure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.
Elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour.
Effective abolition of child labour.
Elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.
Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.
Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
Work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery
