Isolux Corsán is a company with a high profile in Spain. This is the country where the group started out and in which it has covering all its business areas. Its proven track record in singular and complex projects has earned it recognition for its excellent work inside and outside the Iberian peninsula, and has enabled it to expand into international business in all its areas of activity, so that it is now operating in over 30 countries, having become a truly global corporation.
In the Concessions area, one of the strategic keys to the group's future growth, Isolux Corsán operates the A-4 Madrid-Ocaña toll road, 64 kilometres of road under concession in Spain. It also operates the concession for over 21,000 parking spaces, distributed over 46 establishments in 22 Spanish towns. These include some flagship carparks, such as the Santa Barbara carpark in the historical city centre of Cadiz.
In the Energy area, the company has specialised in high-technology projects and the construction of renewable-energy power generation projects.Theindustrial projects division constructs the EPC project for the national hydrogen centre (Ciudad Real) at Ciudad de la Energía (Ciuden), a specialist institute for CO2sequestration.
