Training is a key to the promotion of professional development and for aligning the organisation's talent to our strategy.
We have designed various training activities in order to develop the potential of our professionals. These activities focus on the development of competencies and expertise, increasing personal and leadership skills, and language learning or improving.
The great importance attached by Isolux Corsán to training of our staff can be clearly seen in the annually Strategic Training Plan, which includes the training demands identified by the business lines of the company and in the performance assessments.
In Isolux Corsán we also develop special programmes for Young Talent and Managers of Major Projects.
Our commitment to diversity has led us to launch the International Professional Exchange Programme, which allows the integration of people from different countries in the corporate policies and systems for subsequent implementation in their home countries.
