Amounting to 50.7 M €, Isolux Corsan is currently erecting the new building of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Granada, which will have a total floor area of 42,680 m2.

Located on the campus of Health Sciences, near the district of Zaidín, the building will have a bearing structure made by screens. The foundation will be based on CPI-4 piles. The new Faculty of Medicine will be set at three bars, with two floors plus basement, of which three towers of ten floors each will emerge reaching a height of 53 meters above ground.

The three volumes will connect together by walkways, while connecting with the rest of the university complex will be carried out through footpaths. In the towers research areas and departments they will be placed, while bars will house classrooms and laboratories.

The basement will be devoted to parking; facilities and cover plant will be used as sports ground. The new Faculty will be located in an area that will house a set of technological buildings and will be directly related to the new University Hospital, Faculty of Health Sciences and the Institute of Legal Medicine.
