The Santa Bárbara carpark in Cádiz has a built surface area of over 21,000 square metres laid out on two levels. This is an administrative concession for a total of 900 spaces, 200 of which are for residents. The rest of the parking spaces will be managed under a short-stay system, 17 of which are for the disabled.

The construction of the carpark has meant that a total of 500 workers have been hired, most of whom are local labour.
All the carpark installations are centralised in the control booth. It is fitted with state-of-the-art technology in access and collection control systems: closed circuit television, four automatic payment machines, registration plate reading system at entrances and exits and a system to guide customers to free places.
