Located next to the La Romareda football stadium with over 47,000 square metres of floor area, 24,000 M2 of which has been urbanised. It has more than 1,505 parking spaces, 150 of which are reserved for residents. The car park includes a recreation area with children's playground , pond and commercial premises on the surface. Inaugurated in 2008.
